The apartment was great. The patio view of the Duomo was incredible. We spent many hours out there just looking at it. It was wonderful to be so close to everything. There is no better alarm clock than the Tower bells at 07:00. What a perfect way to start the day.

This apartment was very comfortable for our family of 5. Great location -- wee recommend this!

In our opinion is the best apartment possible in Firenze in location and in view. The large windows alows us see the roofs of the most part of the town, but the most strong impact is the view of the dome of Bruneleschi in the Duomo. It is at less of twenty meters, and I could stay hours looking it from the big terrace. I think that the 80% of the satisfaction in my stay in Firenze it is thanks to this apartment. I want return in summer to can enjoy evenings and dinners in the terrace. Besides, the apartment is very comfortable in winter and raining days.

This location really worked well for us. It is very center to everything but while not quiet, it does seem better than would be expected for the location. You are somewhat sheltered in an inside quartyard but there is a hospital near and the sirens are more than loud enough to make it in. Also, the bells of the Duomo can either be wonderful or annoying depending on the person (we liked it). The view from the terrace is just wonderful and worth the price alone. If you value the outside space it provides and the view it is a perfect spot in the center of town.

Large apartment with super views of Duomo Dome. In a very central location for visiting all the sites. Very quiet even though less than 100 metres from one of the busiest piazzas in Florence. Campanile bells do ring at irregular times during the day starting at 6.45 am. Air conditioning essential in July and this worked extremely well. Insufficient kitchen equipment for a party of 6 and some of the furnishings were shabby.

In generally, we were very happy with the apartment. The location and views are SUPER. We would recommend it. Minors problems: -Electricity went out two times. -We did not know how the hot water works; then we had a whole day without hot water; it should be added in the list of things that people can read. -The heating system does not cover the entire apartment; hall and bathroom were very cool. -Lack of communication with the person who received us. It would be nice if the first day you can ask questions, etc.

The situation of the apartment was the best possible in Firenze. The week we spent there was very warm and it was nice to come in into well air conditioned apartment. The terrace was huge and we were happy that we had a possibility to sit outside in the evenings so near the wonderful Duomo. Some necksides : the terrace floor was far to clean. We had difficulties to find out how to get warm water.In order to get warm water from the boiler you must turn the two contact breakers at the right side of the bathroom mirrow to the position I ( on ). We also waited over two hours inside in the middle of the day because of the sofa reparation. I wonder if it had been a possibility to fix the sofa when there were no clients in the apartment. We coud not leave the apartment alone, because our personal things, passports etc.were inside. The final cleaning was not included, we paid 30 euros for it.

Please write here your personal opinion about your accommodationThe location was amazing, it took only minutes to walk to most sites in Florence. You really felt like you were living among the locals. The huge patio was a big bonus, it was a great place to sit and relax with a glass of wine. Unfortunately we had a long wait to get into our apartment. We had to wait for over an hour in front of the apartment until our host arrived. The arrival felt very rushed and she did have to come back because she forgot to give us the linens for the pull-out sofa. I would not count on using the pull out sofa as a bed because the pad was only an half inch thick. Luckily there was only my daughter and she could sleep on top of the sofa cushions. (Max 5 people) The two air-conditioners in the bed rooms worked well but the one in the living room just produced warm air. Luckily the weather was not too hot so that we could open the windows at night for fresh air. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans and dishes to make cooking meals pretty easy. The only real problem in the kitchen is the lack of silverware. (only 4 forks) The cleaning of the apartment was adequate. The apartment itself could use a little painting and looks like it has been well used. Overall we had a great time at the apartment. The location far out-weighed all the minor inconviences.
