Accomodation had no TV set. Matress quality should be improved. |

IT was great but be aware of these little problems or improvement:
-We did not have hot water when we arrive from the train station but it was fixed very quickely.
-It would be great to add a picture of the outside door in the website to help people recognisze it when they arrive.

The location is great--right on the main square. Breakfast is in a cafe next door...coffee and a croissant. No juice, fruit, yogurt (or toast as some Brits noted). Check in was a little odd as the man who checked us in pocketed the cash (they don't accept credit cards) and I had to ask for a receipt. All in all though, everyone was very pleasant and polite. The room was beautiful and accommodated three of us. We had a lovely view of the piazza, though it was a little noisy at night because of pre-Holy week celebrations. Internet was free, but we couldn't seem to log on, so we used the hotel's computer which was available. I would definitely recommend this hotel however as a nice, relatively inexpensive way to visit Florence. |
