This notice describes the steps to reserve an accommodation by yourself in Apartments Florence Rental website. In alternative you can also submit a personal request to Customer Care that is always at your disposal to help you. For example:
- multiple accommodations request;
- question about the accommodation;
- long period of staying;
- particular needs.
Choose your apartment - Check availability - Easy and Fast You can check accommodation availability on the page of the accommodation or on the check availability page
you need only to select the accommodation you prefer, arrival date, departure date and number of adult+child
Reservation step 1 - Booking Form - Clear and Complete The booking form is shown after your click on the "book" button, which is available both in the accommodation's details page and the check availability page. The booking form reports all the following information:
  • - Details about the selected accommodation
  • - Total price of the accommodation for the period of nights selected plus cleaning or extra (if requested)
  • - The advance payment that you will pay online and the balance to pay on arrival
  • - The advance payment mode we accept credit card: Visa (also debit card), Mastercard, American express or Paypal
  • - Sometimes a security deposit will be asked by landlord. The landlord takes it from you in case the property is damaged. So if nothing in the accommodation is damaged it is returned to you at the end of your staying. It's not an additional cost.
  • - Some fields are mandatory (Your name, email, phone number) These fields are important to contact you to check in/out of the accommodation and to contact the responsible that will wait for you in the accommodation at your arrival
Reservation step 2 - Payment - Safe You are redirected to the secure server of our bank to pay the advance payment requested on step 1
The advance payment is charged only after the reservation confirmation. It is the only amount to pay now, You will pay the balance and cleaning or extra (if requested) in settlement to the landlord.
During the payment process the bank uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts all of the information you input.
Reservation step 3 - Confirmation A web page confirm you about the result of your booking process. After that you will receive an email with the confirmation details (we need a few days, normally 48 hours). We need a functional email address or phone number to complete this step. Please call the landlord or contact person you will find on the confirmation email to arrange details about your arrival.
