Situated as it is on the Mercato we knew beforehand that there would be noise as well late night as early in the morning. This did not turn out to be a problem thanks to double-glazed windows. In the room facing the Mercato it might disturb very light sleepers to which category we apparently not belong. Our general opinion is that is an excellent apartment charmingly and centrally situated and well furnished for holiday usage.

All of us agreed that this was the cleanest apartment of the three we used on this trip, topped off with ironed sheets & a fantastic supply of VERY hot water!

The apartment is very newly refurbished and comfortable with a central location. Amenities in the apartment varied between above average (internet, TV in every room, down comforters, nice towels and new appliances) to not so great (knives in kitchen, no drying rack for clothes, etc). Location was great but noisy - the restaurants on the square are open late (as you would expect) and then the market trucks and setting up started at 5 AM... leaving few peaceful hours between. We enjoyed our stay but it did make the apartment seem expensive for these other compromises. It is just a factor to be aware of. Market is wonderful to have across the street. Jean as the local contact was very helpful and arranged for our check in even after train delays. Much appreciated!
